With this modern technology you area also able to complete your health questionnaire when it best fits your schedule, not ours. We do request that you complete the health questionnaire PRIOR to your visit so that your office visit time is maximized with the doctor rather than loading your information on the portal.

- EPAT: Extracorporeal Pulse Activated Technology (EPAT) is a non-surgical treatment option for persistent pain associated with chronic plantar fasciitis, achilles tendinosis, and several other chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Shockwave, also known as pressure or sound waves, are generated by a special EPAT device, and focused onto the targeted tissue. The shock waves are delivered to stimulate and reactivate the body's repair mechanisms to advance normal tissue healing.

Neutral non weight bearing casts are obtained of the feet and scanned into a computer to make state of the art custom supports. We offer the option of "Additional pairs " at almost half the price of the original pair, and they can be ordered at any time. We also offer custom orthotic devices for children, with an orthotic replacement insurance to cover for outgrowth for a two year period.
