Dr. Yvonne Weber is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Diplomate of the American Board of Podiataric Surgery, certified in foot surgery. She has been practicing in Colorado since 1994.
Yvonne B.Weber,DPM, grew up in upstate New York and attended the State university of New york at Binghamton, graduating with a bachelors degree in Biology and german. During her studies, she traveled abroad and attended Karl Fanz Universitatet in Austria for a semester. Dr. Weber then began her medical studies at Dr.William M.Scholl College of Podiatric medicine in Chicago, graduating in 1988 Summa cum laude. Dr.Weber then moved to southern Calfornia to complete a two year surgical residency program at Monrovia Community hospital specializing in foot and ankle surgery.
During any breaks from school, Dr.Weber began visiting boulder to enjoy all the outdoor activities the mountains had to offer. She is an avid cyclist, rock climber, and nordic skier. Then in 1994 she had the opportunity to move to move and live in Colorado. She enjoys her free time in Colorado with her husband,son and two rescued cattle dogs.
Her special interest includes sports medicine. However, her practice covers a range of conditions from ingrown toenails, to prescription orthotics to surgical reconstruction of various foot deformities. The practice offers the latest in medical and surgical care including extracorporeal pulse activated treatment and platelet rich plasma injections.
Her goal is to educate patients on their condition, provide preventative care and review surgical options, and most of all to keep patients active on their feet.
