Dr. Yvonne Weber is a board certified podiatric surgeon, specializing in foot reconstruction and sports medicine. Dr. Weber is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle surgeons and a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. She has been practicing in Boulder, Colorado since 1994.
After many years of practice in a very competitively active community and being quite active herself, Dr. Weber has extensive experience in sports medicine for both adults and children, including both acute and chronic injuries. Her practice covers a range of podiatric conditions from ingrown toenails, skin conditions, foot deformities, tendon injuries, fractures to prescription orthotics. The practice offers the latest in medical and surgical care for the foot and ankle, as well as extracorporeal pulse activated treatment and platelet rich plasma injections. Her goal when patients visit the office is to educate patients on their conditions, provide preventative care measures and review potential surgical options. She most of all likes to keep patients active on their feet.
Yvonne B. Weber, DPM, grew up in upstate New York and attended the State university of New York at Binghamton, graduating with a bachelor s degree in Biology and German. During her studies, she traveled abroad and attended Karl Fanz Universitatet in Austria for a semester. Dr. Weber then began her medical studies at Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric medicine in Chicago, graduating in 1988 Summa cum laude. Dr. Weber then moved to southern California to complete a two year surgical residency program at Monrovia Community hospital specializing in foot and ankle surgery. During her residency she was an active participant with the BAJA Crippled children program in Mexico.
Dr. Yvonne Weber maintains an active life style and enjoys cycling (both road and mountain biking), hiking, rock climbing, and Nordic skiing. She enjoys her free time and activities in Colorado with her husband, son and two rescued cattle dogs.
