Donna Courtemanche, Practice Manager - Started her career in medicine at Boulder Valley Foot and Ankle Clinic on an externship for the Medical Assistant Program at Front Range Community College. Donna is part of the foundation of the office and has now been with us for over 20 years. Her career began rapidly, initially filing many roles including receptionist, billing, surgical scheduling and medical assistant. Donna soon discovered she was keen to manage the operations of a practice, a challenge that remains her passion today. Outside the office, she keeps busy with hiking, cycling, tae-bo and yoga. Donna lives in Longmont with her husband, and her dog.

Kathi Heinrich - Kathi is a Certified Medical Assistant and has been working with BVFAC for over a decade. Kathis knowledge and experience has made her an exceptional receptionist,surgery scheduler and x-ray technician. Prior to BVFAC she was a massage therapist and has experience as a welder. She enjoy's being able to make a positive difference in people's lives. In her free time Kathi enjoys spending time with her children and two rescued dogs. She loves being active, playing softball, hiking, and biking.

Crystal Seagall - Medical Assistant: Crystal is originally from South Carolina and moved to Colorado in 2017. Her start in the medical field began in South Carolina working as a medical assistant at an Internal Medicine Clinic. Once she moved to Colorado she worked at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science doing events, as well worked at a veterinarian clinic before joining the Boulder Valley Foot and Ankle team. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, bouldering, biking, photography, reading, and spending time with her wonderful husband and dog Penny.


Michelle Johnson - Front Office Receptionist: Michelle graduated with a Master of Music Education degree from Northwest Missouri State University. Michelle taught music for 11 years in both the public and private school systems. She began working nights in the retail business after her second daughter's birth, allowing her to be home with her children during the day, eventually making the jump to full time management. Michelle has been a member of the Thornton Community Band for 11 years and greatly enjoys making music. Michelle also enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband, riding motorcycles, reading, watching TV and movies and working in the yard.
